I've added a new Vegan Japanese Recipe - Lotus Root and Soumen Birds Nest... (renkon れんこん and soumen そうめん) ... translated and cooked from a book by Nishikawa Genbo.
It was quite fiddly.. and perhaps not the best recipe to make in a hurry! :)
