1. Natto
I love natto (and beer)... there are many things to make.. natto pasta, natto rice, natto toast... make 'natto chahan' - chopped celery, frozen peas, natto, edamame, chopped carrot etc and left over rice to make a simple fried vegetable rice mound...
2. Green Smoothie
Banana, pineapple, mango plus a tablespoon of blue green algae or spirulina...
3. Tofu Scramble
Simply Tofu, mustard, turmeric... more complicated - 3 parts - boil sweetcorn in oat milk and then mash - steam cauliflower and mash - tofu broken up .. combine in a pan with turmeric, mustard .. the sweetcorn and cauliflower have good scramble properties.
4. Haggis
Vegan haggis is really tasty... we buy a couple and feed up to 10 people with it.. vegan or not everyone tends to like it... Not sure how available the original vegan haggis is over there.
5. Mangosteen
Had this in thailand/cambodia... but not one i would seek out here
6. Creme brulee
I've had the non-vegan version many times too - i would have to make a non-vegan one .. and i have too many other tasty things to make instead... :)

7. Fondue
I've not yet made this fondue... glutinous rice flour, soya milk, white miso paste, rice vinegar, extra virgin olive oil... i can't remember the rest.. it's from Ana Kichi's Yuru Vegi 10-pun in Japanese and I've not finished the translation of the method... you could rough it from there? try making it like you'd make a cheese sauce - don't boil the miso.. can be frozen into blocks of cheese.. or used to make cheese toast, pasta, lasagne etc..
8. Marmite/Vegemite
either.. good source of B vitamins - not just on toast.. add a little to deepen the taste of vegetable soups/pasta sauces etc..
9. Borscht
didn't like it when i was younger.. but probably would appreciate it after kimchi
10. Baba ghanoush
anything with aubergines... this plus houmous and warm flatbread..

12. Authentic soba noodles
Yes... (with kombu dashi) in an authemtic soba restaurant in a mountainous spa town near Ise in Japan... along with tempura'd shiitake and daikon... Also a friend made them at home...

almost every day .. but prefer PB&: houmous (use plain PB no sugar/sweetener); tofu (mix equal weights of tofu and PB); vegannaise (yummy mix) ultimate.. a bread bun... peanut butter... houmous... and sun-dried tomato paste.. with rocket/lettuce and/or alfalfa sprouts

Aloo Gobi (potato cauliflower); Sag Aloo (spinach potato); Chana Masala (chickpea masala); Bombay Aloo (spicy bombay potatoes); Bhindi Bhaji; Brinjal Bhaji... that's either the side dish section on an Indian menu or everything i like..

My girlfriend and I made about 50 of them last weekend for a party... plus a nice chili dipping sauce.. finely chop: half a carrot/several shiitake (fresh or dried (rehydrated))/spring onion/garlic/ginger/walnuts .. add a little flour .. use chinese dumpling skins (without egg) .. wet around the edge quickly with a finger dipped in water... add a teaspoon of mix.. squeeze up the edges pinch tight... must be no holes... place them all seam upwards in a frying pan.. with oil... don't let them touch... when the bottoms are crispy, add half a cup of water and cover ... steam for a few minutes and they're done. EasyChili (chopped chilis) / soya sauce / balsamic vinegar for the dip

in the UK .. Booja Booja .. Ingredients: Cashew Nuts / Water / Maple Syrup / Vanilla Beans .. nothing else added... (also in Chocolate and Maple/Pecan flavours... also have Vanilla Soya and Vanilla Rice and Vanilla Hemp ice creams...
